Ep 154 - Are You Emotionally Exhausted?

If you’re feeling emotionally exhausted — you’re not alone.

Symptoms associated with emotional exhaustion include: irritability, frustration, difficulty concentrating, lack of motivation, lack of focus, brain fog, and feeling disconnected from others. And those are just some signs! Actual physical issues include: headaches, muscle aches and tension, stomach pain, sleep problems, and more.
