There are very few things you can practice that collectively improve your mind, body, and spirit all together. Training in the martial arts is one of them. In previous episodes, we talked about strengthening your mind, your body, and now your spirit. When you build your spirit, you become comfortable in your own skin — not something a lot of people ever achieve. There’s nothing mystical involved, mostly it comes down to choices you make, along with being a peaceful warrior. When you’re comfortable in your own skin, you’re better equipped to help others and make the world a better place.
